General Assembly meeting 2026 and election of board members

On 24 February 2026, the association’s General Assembly meeting was held. In addition to approving the Annual Report and financial statements, discussions were held on the activities for 2026 and the financial budget was approved. Five members of the board of directors and the chairman of the board of directors were also elected.

We are pleased that Martin Jacko, Peter Bianchi and Martin Sasinek were re-elected. Monika Mackaninová from Orange Slovensko and Tibor Deák from TESCO STORES SR became new members of the board of directors. Martina Gavalec and Dušan Nitschneider continue in their positions. Martin Sasinek was re-elected as chairman of the board of directors for the next three-year period.
