Participation in the ENFCO conference

SCC is an active member of ENFCO, which brings together European compliance associations with the aim of facilitating cooperation, strengthening the professional profile of compliance professionals and contributing to improving economic and institutional conditions in Europe. In November 2025, SCC representatives in ENFCO, Lucia Rosiarová and Monika Mackaninová, participated in the ENFCO general assembly and conference on the topic of Bribery and Corruption.

The event brought two intense days of discussions, exchange of experiences and strategic decisions, which once again confirmed how important it is for Slovakia to have its voice at the European table. At the event, SCC actively contributed a Slovak perspective to key topics, established new partnerships and at the same time brought back a number of trends that it will transfer to domestic practice. The new ENFCO whitepaper “Corruption & Compliance” earned special attention, which draws attention to worrying, but not surprising results for Slovakia. It is a clear signal and a call for the Slovak compliance community to even more intensive efforts in corruption prevention.
