Transfer of personal data from the EU to the USA in a “new way”

At the beginning of July 2023, the European Commission adopted the EU-US Personal Data Protection Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data transferred from the EU to the US. But is this protection effective? Is the data of Europeans really safe after being transferred to the USA? Mr. Schrems says no and is preparing for a third attack. We will talk about how to deal with the transfer of personal data to the USA in this situation at this workshop.
