In light of global developments, it is clear that you are directly affected by the obligation to comply with international sanctions. The international sanctions regime has various practical pitfalls. So far, there is no universal procedure for effectively implementing international sanctions and what sanctioning mechanisms the state has against companies that do not comply with them. Publicly available information about sanctioned persons and/or companies is also absent. So who is responsible? You will learn how to effectively implement international sanctions and what to watch out for.
