At the workshop we talked about the largest draft amendment to the Labor Code in recent years, which is expected to take effect on 1 August 2022. We spoke about changing the content of the employment contract, the new obligations of employers in the transition of employees to other forms of employment and the adjustment of working hours. We also focused on expanding employee protection upon termination of employment and we also found out something new, namely information about working conditions and employment conditions.
