Compliance in advertising

During this workshop, advertising law experts and partners of the NITSCHNEIDER & PARTNERS law firm Peter Marciš and Dušan Nitschneider addressed the topic of advertising regulation. You learned why it is important to follow advertising rules, what to watch out for when creating ads and advertising campaigns, but also what topics are currently the most talked about in the world in connection with advertising regulation. We also addressed the following questions:

What should be checked on output from creatives?
What are the most common advertising mistakes?
How to use an influencer in advertising and not damage the good name of your company?
How correctly to consumer competitions?
Does it make sense to register an advertising slogan as a trademark?
